Lead a project in partnership with the Commonwealth Bank to produce in-depth research reports on key themes of interest to senior executives. The reports covered topics such as the impact on business of the internet of things, smart infrastructure, the future of retail, and demographics & the changing workforce.

As Head of Research, my role involved liaison with our business partner to finalise topics, completing the background research and writing in-depth publications for our C-Suite audience.
